Nervous System Support for Migraines, Concussion & Oral Stress

Gentle, non-invasive Neurofeedback at WellNEST in Shoreview, MN—supporting nervous system regulation for children, teens, and adults with migraines, concussion, oral stress, and complex neurological symptoms.

What is Neurofeedback?

At WellNEST, we provide passive, non-invasive NeurOptimal Dynamical Neurofeedback® which strengthens the brain's natural ability to recognize and adjust patterns contributing to discomfort, instability, or reduced performance.

You can think of it as a mirror for the brain.

During a session, small sensors monitor brain activity while real-time audio feedback strengthens the brain to make its own natural adjustments.

Neurofeedback does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Instead, it supports the brain’s innate ability to self-regulate — complementing medical, dental and therapeutic care.

  • Chronic migraines or headaches

  • Ongoing neurological sensitivity (light, sound, fatigue, brain fog)

  • Mood instability or emotional dysregulation

  • Cognitive changes related to aging or neurological stress

Many of our clients feel “stuck on high alert.” Neurofeedback gently exercises the brain leading to more efficient patterns.

About

Hello, I’m Elizabeth, owner of WellNEST and a Certified Brain Trainer.  My path to Neurofeedback began through my personal journey of healing.

After experiencing profound improvements — including resolution of lifelong migraines and reduced neurological sensitivity from a childhood concussion — I knew this work could help others find relief from complex brain challenges.

I’m honored to support individuals and families as they experience what it feels like when the brain begins working optimally again.
